Using the website
These terms apply to the OSCL website operated by OSCL — Open Source Component Library, including its documentation, previews, and installation instructions. By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent an agreement can be formed under applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the website.
You may browse, try examples, and access the available code. Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, or infringe other people’s rights.
Component code and licenses
The OSCL component package and code identified as MIT-licensed are governed by the MIT license included with the relevant distribution. That license permits use, copying, modification, and redistribution, including commercial use, subject to retaining the required copyright and license notices.
These website terms do not restrict the rights that the applicable open-source license grants you. For software use, the license supplied with that software controls. Read the license information and the MIT license text.
Third-party software and assets retain their own licenses. Follow the applicable notices and license conditions supplied with those materials.
Previews are examples
Forms, settings, status displays, and API keys shown here demonstrate interface behavior. They do not provide a production authentication system, database, email subscription, API service, or live service-status report. Sample API keys are fictional. Use fictional information when trying the demos.
If you use the components in your own application, you are responsible for its implementation, security, validation, accessibility, data handling, and compliance with applicable requirements. Review and test the code in your own context before relying on it.
External services
Links, hosting services, and package registries may be operated by third parties. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them. A link does not guarantee that an external service or its content will remain available or suitable for your needs.
Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled on this website.
Availability and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided as available, without guarantees of uninterrupted access, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose. We may change, correct, remove, or suspend website content or features.
To the extent permitted by law, OSCL — Open Source Component Library is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website. Software warranty and liability provisions are set out in the applicable software licenses.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or removes mandatory consumer rights or other rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the website or applicable requirements. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date, and any additional notice required by law. Changes apply prospectively and do not change the license rights granted for software you already received.
For questions about these terms, contact OSCL — Open Source Component Library at info@oscl.io.
